Delicious! Perfection! What a great break. Do not miss! The caviar cigar was fantastic and the showmanship of the martini was totally worth it!

The Bellagio martini is the best drink I had all trip. Before I get to that, don't be discouraged by the fact that it says they are out of reservations online. Yes, you may end up waiting, but they take your name and number and you can go walk around the casino while you wait. I got the Bellagio martini and it is spirit forward. If you are a dirty martini fan, you'll love this. The caviar wafer that it comes with (it's called a caviar cigar which threw me off, since I don't smoke, but it's really a wafer) is absolutely delicious. It's a thin wafer, with cheese and caviar. It comes in a huge block of ice. I also got the caviar deviled eggs, which were also very good. I started with the Lavender Basil Lemon Drop, which is a good drink if you aren't looking for spirit forward and would be a favorite if I was anywhere else but here. Here, I will forever get the Bellagio martini. They bring you small bites to the table, which is nice. Our server was very nice and I enjoy the old world decadence that is emulated by the decor of this place. You can't miss it if you walk straight in through the front doors by the check in. I would highly suggest checking it out.

Always a great consistent bar. This place is excellent for martinis and their vodka selections. Services always top-notch and it's fun to listen to the piano player in a very intimate setting off the casino floor. Prices are on the high side, but you pay for quality. They have several nice vintages of champagne available by the glass.

Super chill spot, drinks and service were really good and it's a nice place to people watch as well! The only bad thing was that we were walking for days trying to find the damn spot! Don't get lost- It's by the hotel check in!! Right across from it in fact :)

Mom and I went here to chill while husbands went gambling. I'm not much of a gambler so I like to have a drink and people watch to kill time. The staff was very accommodating. Many tables were reserved but they were able to seat us. The pianist played familiar songs and it was nice for us to take a breather in the middle of chaos at the Bellagio. Also if you're not too hungry, ask for the free snack mix!

Ambiance - 5 stars. This place is just lovely! Beautiful piano music being played all day and evening in an otherwise noisy casino at the Bellagio. Service - 5 stars. We went here several times and every bartender and server we had were friendly, efficient and went above and beyond if necessary. Food - 4 stars. There is only appetizers and snack type food. We tried the Foie Gras and it turned out to be a duck torchon , not a piece of Foie Gras. I do not care for torchons and on the menu it didn't say anything, but foie gras on it. It did not say it was a torchon, pâté or anything else. It was beautiful and I'm sure for people that like that, it would've been very good. We also had the Hamachi Caviar tacos With gold leafs. These are two single bites. They were tasty. Wine selection is good and the cocktails were very good. This place is pricey, but it's luxury. It's a nice change in the hustle bustle of the strip. We enjoyed ourselves here and will definitely return on our next trip.

The Petrosian is a wonderful piano bar located next to the lobby at Bellagio. It is also right near the terrific Conservatory. It is a very relaxing bar just behind the piano bar area just like most everything at the Bellagio, the bar is quite luxurious. The bar is unique in that it has some high class offerings such as caviar. Not many places will you see vodka flights. The bartender made super great cocktails, and the piano music was fantastic. A very nice and relaxing establishment.

Petrossian Bar is a very relaxing bar to go to and a good place to hangout with your family, friends, and especially your spouses. It's located between Bellagio lobby and casino. There's also a bar inside if you decide to have dark dining experience. They serve really good snacks here. I'm quite surprised that the Caviar Tacos are very small especially that it's around $20. The cheesecake is really good but I heard that it's not sold at any bakeries around here, but I wish though. Also am quite shocked how good the other snacks are. Anyways, there's always going to be someone who plays the piano very well for you to listen and enjoy. Enjoy the music!

Don't waste your time on the apps. Totally tini tiny bites & nothing like in 2017 or before Covid so trust me when I say just get the Caviar portion, not even the Caviar Cigar, it's a tease. 30g Royal Osserta, Hendricks Dirty, Pommard 2015 Pinot & taste of Belvedere 10 at 11am-2pm is a perfect way to treat yourself whether you're having a good or bad day! No rush in the day, just taking my time. Along w/ enjoying the well- renowned pianist that has been there forever before I arrived two decades & enhances the ambiance. A must! Treat yourself!

I have no words to describe, but I would like to say how beautiful was everything about Petrossian Bar. It is located in Bellagio, pretty easy to find out actually... you see the piano, you are at the right place. Whenever I go to Bellagio I always stop and listen to the beautiful music that is being played on the piano. As someone who grew up playing piano I always found this place fascinating and wanted to try their food. So that day finally came... and the food is absolutely perfect in one word. Me and my partner enjoyed every single bite even the drinks. The service is very professional as well. We wanted to dine next to the piano, but unfortunately we did not get a chance... But "Pearl" did an amazing job by updating us about the seats that she promised us. Also, "Hilda" was doing her job very professionally as well. She shared with us some experiences and her choices which made us choose our drinks.... She is absolutely a very nice person. To be honest, The more someone asks the more I can say beautiful things about Petrossian Bar.... A very nice place. We can not wait to visit one more time and try different drinks and dishes.
